Custom Orders
Here's how we handle custom orders to ensure your vision comes to life:
Image Input:
- Any image provided for custom orders should have a minimum resolution of 1000 pixels on at least one side to ensure optimal print quality.
Design Previews:
- To view, review, or request further edits to the design preview of your custom order, simply reach out to our design team directly on Instagram. Please include your order number for reference. We kindly ask that these requests be made as soon as your order is placed. Once the production process begins, any additional changes may result in extra costs and potential delays in delivery.
Further Edits:
- We're happy to accommodate further edits to your custom design upon request. However, please note that all changes must be made within the template elements. For example, font styles and font sizes cannot be altered.
Smooth Order Processing:
- To expedite your order, kindly ensure that all required changes are mentioned at once. This helps us process your order smoothly and minimizes any potential delays.
Missing Information:
- If any input details in your order are missing or unclear, we'll contact you via email or WhatsApp to gather the necessary information. If we don't receive a response within 7 days from the order date, we will proceed with what our designers think best for the particular design, and no exchange/return will be possible based on the design. If the design cannot be created at all based on the provided information, the order will be canceled within 3-4 weeks from the order date, and a refund will be initiated.
Providing Additional Information:
- If the content of your custom order is self-created and not readily available on the internet, you can email us the relevant information along with your order number.
COD for Custom Orders

As custom orders are made on demand and require dedicated design and production efforts, an advance payment of up to 20% is required for all custom orders opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) to confirm and process the order. This partial payment is collected via a secure payment link sent through email or SMS and is fully adjusted against the final order value. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery. Once the advance payment is received, the order is confirmed and moved into processing. Since the order is then prepared specifically for you, this confirmation payment is non-refundable.
Custom Design Fee
- We are open to edits as per the structure of your selected template. However, once the custom order has been designed as per your specifications, canceling it will incur a charge of ₹300-₹500, depending on the selected template as the custom design fee is non-refundable. The final design will be emailed to you in HD, ready-to-print quality for your use.
