Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing:

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order placement.

Shipping Duration:

Following dispatch, domestic shipments are typically in transit for 2-7 days. Your parcel is expected to be delivered within 4-12 business days.

Expedited Delivery:

For expedited delivery needs, such as birthdays or anniversaries, kindly reach out to us via Instagram DM with your order number and we'll prioritize your shipment accordingly.

Tracking Notifications:

After your order is placed, you'll receive a tracking link via text and email. This link enables you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Payment Method & Shipping Charges:

All prepaid orders enjoy free shipping across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge is applied pan India.
COD is not available for custom orders, as each custom order is specially designed and packed on demand.

Undelivered Orders and Rescheduling:

The courier allows a maximum of three delivery attempts for all orders. If you anticipate being unavailable to receive the delivery, kindly contact our team at the earliest to reschedule it as per your convenience.
If your custom order cannot be delivered due to your unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery on the three delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee of 30% of the order value shall be charged.
