• Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order placement. 

Shipping Duration:

• Following dispatch, domestic shipments are typically in transit for 2-7 days. Your parcel is expected to be delivered within 4-12 business days.

Expedited Delivery:

• For expedited delivery needs, such as birthdays or anniversaries, kindly reach out to us via Instagram DM with your order number and we'll prioritize your shipment accordingly.

Tracking Notifications:

• After your order is placed, you'll receive a tracking link via text and email. This link enables you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Payment Method & Shipping Charges:

• All prepaid orders enjoy free shipping across India.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge is applied pan India.
• COD is not available for custom orders, as each custom order is specially designed and packed on demand.
