Return/Exchange
Regular Orders:
- Returns or exchanges shall be requested within 7 days of the order delivery date. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us. Our team will carefully review your feedback and work to find the best possible solution, ensuring your satisfaction.
Personalized Items:
- As custom/personalized items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for them.
Damaged Products:
- In the event that a product arrives in a damaged condition, please reach out to us within 2 days of the delivery date. We will promptly process an exchange, with most replacements taking place within 7-12 days.
Order Cancellation:
- Order cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order via direct message (DM) or email. After this period, the production and shipping process will commence, and we will not be able to cancel the order.
