Return/Exchange

Regular Orders:

• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of the order delivery date.

Personalized Items:

• We regret that we cannot accept returns for personalized items due to their unique personalization details, which may not align with other customers' preferences.

Damaged Products:

• In the event that a product arrives in a damaged condition, please reach out to us within 2 days of the delivery date. We will promptly process an exchange, with most replacements taking place within 7-12 days.

Order Cancellation:

• Order cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order via direct message (DM) or email. After this period, the production and shipping process will commence, and we will not be able to cancel the order.
