Delivery Time - Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing of order, however, custom orders may take 2-5 days for dispatch. Upon dispatch, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 working days, your parcel shall get delivered in 4-12 working days. Although, if expedient delivery is required (for birthday, anniversary or similar occasions) you may reach out to us via Instagram DM and we will place your shipment in priority list.
Tracking Notification - Once the order is placed, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment.
Returns - For regular orders, Return/Exchange shall be made within 7 days of the order delivery date. For personalised items we will not be able to accept returns, since other customers may not buy the product with your particular personalisation details. However, if the product happens to be in a damaged condition, you can reach out to us within 2 days of delivery date and we will provide an exchange of the same within 7-12 working days.

Q. Is it a sticker or a print?
Ans. No, it's not a sticker. The design is digitally printed on the surface of the mug and the print won't come out.
Q. Is the mug made of plastic?
Ans. No, the material is ceramic which won't affect the taste of your beverage.
